To run go kart wheels you need a custom axle, i have a slider and it is still on the original wheels, they last for a long time i know they look shit but they are good to learn on, custom axle and wheels cost between, $120-250 depending on where you source them, i will be upgrading to these as soon as i damage my original axle. See the link below for one of the better forums on huffy sliders.
